Reservations

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. Final payment is made at the hotel, where you can also pay in cash in Peruvian Soles (PEN).

Can I pay in installments with my credit card?

Yes, you can pay in installments according to the terms offered by your issuing bank.

Do the prices include taxes?

Yes, they include a 10% service charge. Peruvian guests or residents must add an additional 18% VAT (IGV).

Is breakfast included in the rate?

It depends on the type of rate selected. We recommend reviewing the conditions at the time of booking.

Check-in & Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

What happens if I arrive outside the check-in hours?

No worries — the front desk is open 24 hours. We just ask that you let us know your estimated arrival time if you’ll be arriving late.

Changes and Cancellations

What are the cancellation and reservation change policies?

They vary depending on the selected rate. We offer both flexible and non-refundable options. Please check your reservation conditions before confirming.

About the hotel

Does the hotel accept pets?

Yes, we accept pets for an additional charge of USD 10 per night.

Is parking available?

No, currently none of our qema hotels offer parking.

Do you have smoking areas?

Yes, we have designated outdoor smoking areas. All rooms and indoor spaces are smoke-free.

Are children allowed at the hotel?

Yes. At our Lima and Arequipa locations, children are welcome every day. In Máncora, we welcome them from Monday to Thursday, as weekends feature a more social atmosphere with parties and events for adults.
